We all scream for ice cream! Chopper got an ice cream maker for Christmas and he has been dying for the weather to warm up so he can start trying recipes. First one: blackberry ice cream. Now technically, with the eggs and the fat content, it's really a custard. But regardless of WHAT it is, it was really good!
